How does the "Stackable Discount" benefit my margin?
We apply rewards sequentially to maximize your savings. First, we deduct the Volume Discount based on your current order size. Then, we apply your Membership Bonus to that already discounted price. This "stacked" approach ensures our loyal partners receive the highest possible profit margin on every item.
How do I reach a higher Membership Level?
Your level is determined by your cumulative historical spending (excluding VAT and shipping). As soon as you hit a new spending threshold, your account is automatically upgraded. Your new bonus tier then applies to every future order—no manual action required.
Do I need to use a coupon code?
No. Our system is fully automated for your convenience. Both your Volume Discount and Membership Bonus are calculated in real-time and applied at checkout based on your current cart value and account status.
What happened to Yehwang Credits?
While we have transitioned to an instant-discount model and no longer issue new Credits, your existing balance remains safe. You can apply your remaining Yehwang Credit balance at checkout at any time; these credits do not expire.
Are discounts applied to VAT and Shipping costs?
To keep our wholesale pricing transparent, all discounts apply specifically to the product subtotal. Shipping costs and VAT are calculated after all applicable Volume and Membership discounts have been deducted from your goods.
